We are looking for a Senior Project Interior Designer to join us in working on exciting hospitality projects. This position will be based in Shanghai.
我們正在尋找一位資深項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)師，負(fù)責(zé)酒店項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)。 該職位工作地在上海。


Requirements :
1.	Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture  
2.	At least 10 years working experience with focus on hospitality design
3.	Shows creativity in layout planning and conceptual design in their current work
4.	Experience in leading concept design 
5.	Strong schematic & design development ability
6.	Strong time and project organizational skills.
7.	Must be a good team player and perform in a fast-paced environment.
8.	Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
9.	Good problem-solving skills.
10.	Highly motivated, strong communication, interpersonal and observation skills.
11.	Good in design presentation ability
12.	Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. 
13.	Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-up and Enscape will be a plus.

要求：
1.	室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷；
2.	10年以上酒店室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.	在平面布置和概念設(shè)計(jì)方面有創(chuàng)意；
4.	能夠主導(dǎo)概念設(shè)計(jì)且經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富
5.	設(shè)計(jì)方案和深化能力強(qiáng)
6.	具有很強(qiáng)的組織能力且能把控項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度；
7.	必須具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神且適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏工作環(huán)境；
8.	工作積極主動(dòng)，能夠獨(dú)立完成工作。
9.	具有優(yōu)秀的解決問題能力；
10.	有上進(jìn)心，具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力，協(xié)調(diào)各方關(guān)系的能力和觀察能力。
11.	具有很好的設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá)能力和向客戶匯報(bào)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
12.	熟練使用相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件：AutoCAD and MS Office；
13.	了解Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max ，sketch up以及Escape等專業(yè)軟件。
