We are looking for a Snr Design Manager to join us in working on exciting hospitality projects. This position will be based in Shanghai.
我們正在尋找一位資深設計經理（室內設計），負責酒店項目的設計。 該職位工作地在上海。
Your Responsibility
? Manage and establish creative direction of projects with design teams.
? Lead the composing of concept narrative and presentation package.
? Be one of the key design interphases with clients, hotel management project managers and design teams.
? Ensure manhours management to achieve project profitability.
? Participate in business development efforts and require travelling to project locations within China/internationally.
Your Qualifications & Experience
? A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited school or interior design /university.
? Minimum 12 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a manager’s position
? Positive leadership experience with the ability to progress projects forward with the team.
? Communication experience with the ability to establish who your audiences are and communicate your message & instructions accordingly.
? Management experience of design and people with clarity, care, and compassion.
? Fluent in written & spoken the Chinese and English languages

職責
? 帶領并與設計團隊一起管理和建立項目的創意方向
? 主導概念故事線和提案的撰寫
? 成為與客戶、酒店管理、項目經理和設計團隊溝通的關鍵設計環節之一。
? 確保工時管理，實現項目盈利。
? 參與業務開發工作，需要出差到國內或國際項目所在地。
要求：
? 持有室內設計或相關專業本科或碩士學位。
? 至少12年酒店室內設計經驗且擔任設計經理職位2年以上；
? 能夠調動并帶領團隊積極推動項目進度；
? 具有豐富的溝通經驗，確定溝通對象的能力，并相應地傳達你的信息和指示。
? 擁有設計和人員管理經驗。
? 流利的中英文說寫能力。
