崗位職責：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks:  
-	Provide assistance in creating, improving, enhancing, and transferring processes and technologies of related projects. 協助創建、改進、提升和轉移相關項目的工藝流程和技術。
-	Define process design data (calculate / estimate) for equipment, safety devices and instruments based on functional and process requirements. 根據功能和工藝要求，確定設備、安全設備和儀表的工藝設計數據（包括計算和估算）。
-	Prepare and maintain Block Flow diagrams, Process-Flow-Diagrams & Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PFDs & PIDs). 準備并維護塊流程圖、工藝流程圖（PFD）和管道及儀表圖（PID）。
-	Generate and maintain plant and process design documents (e.g. wastes & emissions, utility lists, equipment lists, process data sheets, pipe service index, equipment arrangement drawings, load lists, preliminary 3D model etc.). 生成并維護工廠和工藝設計文件（例如廢物和排放、公用工程清單、設備清單、工藝數據表、管道等級表、設備布置圖、負載清單、初步3D模型等）。
-	Provide functional process / project leadership in completion of conceptual planning, extended conceptual planning and detail engineering including the design change management and consistency checks. 在概念規劃、擴展概念規劃和詳細設計過程中，提供工藝專業/項目主導，包括設計變更管理和一致性檢查。
-	Minimize the investment cost and/or total cost of ownership by creating "intelligent and feasible" concepts and leveraging synergies with other plants and facilities. 通過創建“智能且可行”的概念，并利用與其他工廠和設施的協同作用，使投資成本和/或總成本最小化。
-	Provide expertise and support to the ZVS site in terms of training the TSS and Plant personnel on capital project processes. 給生產基地工程與維修技術（TSS）及生產團隊提供項目實施程序的專業培訓。
-	Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當地設計院、供應商及施工單位等執行項目過程中充分代表業主利益，提供技術及合同監督和指導。
-	Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF’s commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思維，深刻理解并執行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。
-	Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡導持續改進并付諸于實際行動。


任職要求：
-	Bachelor’s degree with major study in Chemical engineering 化工工程專業本科畢業
-	Master’s degree will be an advantage研究生學歷優選
-	At least more than 3 years design experience in chemical or petrochemical industry. 在石油化工領域至少3年以上設計經歷
-	Chemical process registered engineer a plus 國家注冊化工工程師優先
-	Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English is an advance 熟練掌握中英文者優選
-	Professional in understanding of local discipline codes & standards 精通國內相關專業的標準規范
-	Good in relevant software/tools e.g., 2D/3D planning tools, CAD, SPPID and process software精通相關軟件及工具，如2D/3D規劃工具、CAD、SPPID及其他工藝軟件
