崗位職責：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks:  
-	Properly document and manage Request for Information (RFI)'s and all construction activities.  Organize and support the preparation work of as-built documentations and provide comments if any. 妥善記錄和管理工程咨詢單（RFI）及所有施工活動。組織和支持竣工文件的準備工作，并在必要時提供意見。
-	Responsible for cost/benefit optimization, innovation, and rationalization within the task responsibilities, as well as supply support on cost estimation during study phase in term of request. 負責成本/效益優化，提出創新和合理化建議，根據需求在可研階段支持費用估算。
-	Create small project cost estimates for Projects and check & review change orders on the site, support PM on construction cost saving. 對小型項目估算成本，并在現場檢查和審查變更訂單，支持項目經理節約施工成本。
-	support and communicate with LDI on site regarding daily construction activities, take the leadership of QA/QC management work and site material management work.  對于日常施工活動及時與LDI溝通、提供必要支持，負責QA/QC及現材料管理工作。
-	Organize and leading set-up of site temporary facilities.  組織及負責現場臨時設施的建立。
-	Supporting authority approval works which related to construction and final acceptance approval.  支持與施工、最終驗收相關的政府審批工作。
-	Detail construction schedule controlling based on project milestone schedule.  根據項目里程碑進度計劃控制施工進度。
-	Prepare project construction specifications and procedures or Review and approval on the relevant specifications and procedures & plans which prepared by LDI or Contractor.  制定項目施工規范和程序，或對LDI或承包商制定的相關規范、程序和計劃進行審查和批準。
-	Coordinate and communicate with LDI or construction contractors on the site.  與LDI或施工承包商在現場進行協調和溝通。
-	Lead the discipline construction team on site.  現場，領導專業施工小組。
-	Participate in pre-commissioning work.  參與預試車。
-	Cooperation and communicate with LDI on site regarding daily construction activities.  在現場,與LDI進行日常施工活動的合作和溝通。
-	Organize the preparation work of as-built documentations.  組織竣工文件的編制。
-	Support the preparation work of as-built documentations and give comments if any.  支持竣工文件的準備，并提出意見。
-	Offer solid support for the continuous improvement of the process competencies (e.g. specifications, best practices, workflow, etc.). 為工藝專業持續改進提供堅實支持（如規格書，最佳實踐，工作流程等）。
-	Provide expertise and support to the ZVS site in terms of training the TSS and Plant personnel on capital project processes.  給生產基地工程與維修技術（TSS）及生產團隊提供項目實施程序的專業培訓。
-	Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當地設計院、供應商及施工單位等執行項目過程中充分代表業主利益。提供技術及合同監督和指導。
-	Support project EHS manager and participate in daily EHS management during construction phase.  支持項目EHS經理，參與項目施工階段的日常EHS管理。
-	Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF's commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思維，深刻理解并執行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。
-	Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡導持續改進并付諸于實際行動。



任職要求：
Requirements:     
-	Education教育背景：　　　　　　    
-	Bachelor's degree with major study in mechanical/piping engineering etc.  機械/管道類專業本科畢業
-	Master's degree will be an advantage研究生學歷優選
-	Working Experience工作經歷：
-	At least more than 10 years Construction Supervision experience in chemical or petrochemical industry, the experience for petrochemical construction company is advantage. 在石油化工領域至少１０年以上施工管理經歷,有石油化工建設企業工作經驗者優先。
-	Technical & Professional Knowledge技術及資質要求：
-	Prefer with registered Level 1 constructor (Mechanical and Electrical Major). 注冊一級建造師（機電專業）優先。
-	Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English is an advance 熟練掌握中英文者優選
-	Professional in understanding of local discipline codes & standards 精通國內相關專業的標準規范
-	Good in relevant software/tools e.g., Excel, Power Point and CAD.精通相關軟件及工具，如Excel, Power Point 及 CAD等。
