崗位職責(zé)：
Objectives of the Position  
?	Responsible for plant technology/process (incl. process safety) management, to make sure the product which meets customer requirements, achieve safe, reliable, and economic operation in conformity with legal regulation and BASF rules.
?	Represent as the technical interest of PE Cluster to communicate and collaborate with the project team and design institute to design and construct the project complying with legal regulation and BASF rules.
?	Support business team to develop new grades or optimizing the performance of designed grades to meet customer special requests.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
1.	Be in charge of technology / process (incl. process safety) management and report to Cluster head.
2.	Maintain the plant running with updated technology / process and following plant process safety concept
3.	Identify the bottleneck, difficulty, problem and all which could cause unstable plant running in safety, quality , continuity, 
4.	Responsible for all process parameters including interlock values and alarm values defining, maintain and optimization
5.	Responsible for plant process safety, such as SHE reviews of MOCs and projects, standard documents, safety devices condition, etc.
6.	Responsible for performing detailed process analyses, identifying of optimization levers and defining solution to improve productivity and availability including energy saving.
7.	Be plant representative of CapEx and OpEx to work with project team to achieve a target with safe, capable and economical manner.
8.	Responsible for the setup of a medium to long term operational process development strategy.
9.	Provide professional expertise to drive the resolution of technical issues in process. 
10.	Participate in inspections of design assessment, completion acceptance, equipment, and process modification plan on new constructions, expand constructions and reconstructions project; Implement all safety measures in inspection report.
11.	Manage plant Idea system, to get involve and encourage team members.
12.	Lead new product launch by coordinate with CPT Including all technical documentation and system updating like BOM/recipe etc.
13.	Supporting on product performance / application adjustment to meet customers requests
14.	Supporting on product quality problem solving.
15.	Train the employees on up-to-date production process (methods/skills, incl. process safety) according to plant people developing and training plan. Provide technical training to production team timely, such as new project, MOCs, and other fundamental process knowledge.
16.	Responsible for process/technology documentation management, such P&ID’s, MOC, Procedures related to process are up to date and meet BASF standards.
17.	Develop and maintain Process Safety related document in PE plant.
18.	Support maintaining a computerized integrated record and keeping system for efficient/effective production.
19.	Responsible for EHS and housekeeping in charged area.
20.	Analyze and identify the opportunities to reduce waste generation through design and process changes.
21.	Other assigned tasks by cluster head.
22.	Cluster head is full deputy and process engineer is responsibilities deputy except the ones of decision making.
Main tasks in project supporting
1.	Report to Cluster head, communicate and collaborate with the project team and design institute for engineer design of PE plant. 
2.	Assure EHS and technical requirements be fulfilled through safety reviews, technical document reviews and construction monitoring etc.
3.	Execute or participate SHE reviews, model review, HAZOP, EIA, and SIA etc. comment on technical/engineering document and drawings.
4.	Coordinate with project team and operation team to achieve the requirements regarding to safe, quality, cost, and schedule.
5.	Collaboration in ideation & implementation for digitalization application in PE cluster.
6.	Coordinate with supply chain for raw material & accessories specification requirement clarification and demand volume.
7.	Operation training support, ensure process management system in place.
8.	Involve in system check before mechanical completion and commissioning activities.


任職要求：
Education : Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemistry / Chemical industry, with Univation PE experience is preferred.
Working Experience: 10 years working experience in chemical industry including field operation for at least 2 years and technology/process management for at least 3 years.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:	Experience in PE process, Unipol one is preferred
Good collaboration, effective communication, leadership skills, sustainable solutions driving
Fluent English in speaking and listening.
